How do GHRM practices influence firms’ economic performance? A meta-analytic investigation of the role of GSCM and environmental performance

This meta-analysis of 138 effect sizes from 75 studies examines the green human resource management (GHRM) practices on organisations’ economic performance (ECP). The study also considers mediating role environmental (EP) and supply chain (GSCM) in relationship between GHRM ECP, including contextual methodological moderators. results demonstrate that is positively related to ECP both directly indirectly through EP GSCM. Some (industry type, individualism, masculinity, long-term orientation dimensions national culture) factors (the number dimensions) moderate relationships surrounding GHRM.
